Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Filler Operator to support our high-speed beverage production on the Weekend Shift. This is a technical, hands-on role on a busy line, with emphasis on accuracy, equipment operation, and real-time monitoring.

You will set up and run semi-automatic filling equipment, monitor Brix/CO2 readings, perform quality checks, document production data, and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of skilled machine operating experience on high-speed equipment.
• Ability to monitor system metrics and adjust as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and communication.
• Willingness to complete extended training before weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain semi-automatic filling equipment.
• Monitor real-time readings (Brix, CO2, water ratios) and adjust as needed.
• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Inspect cans for defects and conduct seam checks for integrity.
• Monitor production yield and document data in real time.
• Maintain sanitation logs and ensure cleanliness of filler area.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate status and issues via Slack and follow safety/GMP procedures.
