Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Filler Operator to support our high-speed beverage production on the Weekend Shift in Wisconsin. You will set up, operate, and maintain semi-automatic filling equipment, monitor real-time system readings, perform quality checks, and document production data.

During training, you will work Monday–Thursday to learn equipment operation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of skilled machine operating experience on high-speed equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to monitor system metrics (ratios, flow rates) and adjust.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• English reading/writing and clear communication.
• Reliable, punctual, multi-tasking capable.
• Knowledge of computer programs to access data.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain semi-automatic filling equipment.
• Monitor real-time readings (Brix, CO2, ratios) and adjust as needed.
• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure specifications.
• Inspect cans for defects and conduct seam checks.
• Maintain sanitation logs and production documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate status and issues via Slack in Operations channel.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures.
