Job summary

Crystal Geyser Water Company is seeking a Bottling Line Maintenance Mechanic to ensure safe, reliable operation of high-speed bottling and beverage equipment. The role covers preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, and utility systems.

You will support liquid processing, filling, capping, labeling, conveying, packaging, and plant utilities, while collaborating with Production, Quality, Sanitation,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical cert in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Strong mechanical/troubleshooting skills with food/beverage manufacturing exp.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration and PLCs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain bottling and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic faults and repair components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work.
• Support safety, GMP and regulatory requirements in daily tasks.
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Operate and test repaired equipment before returning to production.
• Maintain tools and work areas in safe, clean condition.
