Job summary

Crystal Geyser Water Company seeks a Batching Operator to oversee production batches, weigh ingredients, and manage blending processes in the tea manufacturing line. You will ensure quality, maintain batch records, and operate blending and processing equipment.

The ideal candidate has two years’ experience in food/beverage manufacturing, follows safety SOPs, and can work in a fast-paced setting. Forklift certification is preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in food, beverage, or tea manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and safety protocols.
• Basic math and computer skills for batching software or inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Weighs and measures raw materials based on batch records or formulas.
• Prepares and stages materials for blending, infusion, or packaging processes.
• Operates blending machines or kettles used to mix tea ingredients.
• Monitors temperature, humidity, and timing to ensure proper processing.
• Maintains accurate batch records and logs, including lot numbers and quality checks.
• Follows SOPs, GMPs, and safety regulations.
