Job summary

The Coca-Cola Auburndale plant seeks a Filler Operator to manage automated filling, capping and packaging lines with GMP-compliant practices. You will monitor equipment, document production data, and support continuous improvement in a high-volume beverage environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends; forklift certified; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Production or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality control standards in food or beverage production.
• Forklift certification and safe material handling.
• Ability to read, interpret, and operate digital control panels and production indicators.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated filling, capping, and packaging equipment to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Perform equipment set-up, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation per GMP.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Record production data and perform in-process quality checks.
• Manage filler line activities including robotic and casing operations to minimize downtime.
• Respond to equipment alerts and troubleshoot to restore operations quickly.
• Use operator terminals to track metrics and support data-driven decisions.
• Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout, and promote zero-accident culture.
• Provide relief for other roles to ensure continuous production flow.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for process improvements.
