Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers, discuss growth opportunities, and drive incremental sales through consultative selling. You will build account plans, manage a pipeline, and use CRM to document visits and outcomes.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and collaboration with suppliers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to analyze data and identify trends.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and drive daily in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts and conduct consultative sales conversations.
• Develop customer business growth plans and sales pipeline.
• Analyze data to increase sales and meet objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with documented agendas and goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of SGWS products and competitive positioning.
• Document information in CRM (Proof) and update visit plans.
• Participate in sales meetings and supplier events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
