Nutrabolt is seeking a Field Execution Manager to drive in-store execution and distributor relations across the territory. Qualifications

• 3–10 years in sales, field execution, distributor mgmt or similar in beverage, FMCG, or CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls with local and regional retail field management personnel.
• Negotiate increased in-store execution during promotions; secure shelf space, cooler placements, and displays.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure world‑class execution of retail activations.
• Review monthly performance metrics with distributors and develop actionable plans to address gaps.
• Train distributor sales teams on brand positioning and product knowledge.
• Log daily sales activities and distributor updates using CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly territory performance reports.
