Qualifications

• Strong Food & Beverage expertise including bar operations and cocktail program.

• Budgeting and cost control for beverage operations.
• Upscale hospitality leadership experience preferable.
• Familiarity with cabaret or entertainment venues is a plus.

• Background in hospitality management or equivalent practical experience preferred.
