Job summary

Naples Hotel Group seeks a Bartender to warmly welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and craft beverages in our dining and bar areas. You will ensure accurate billing, maintain bar cleanliness, stock supplies, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will also help ensure safety and service standards, complete required certifications, and contribute to a positive, guest-centric atmosphere across our dining venues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing end-of-shift receipts preferred.
• Accuracy in preparing drinks, processing orders, and following health and safety guidelines is critical.
• Ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and present menus in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and communicate options to guests.
• Inform guests of daily specials and any menu changes.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and note dietary needs.
• Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar area, and service stations.
• Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Prepare alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion standards.
