Naples Hotel Group seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to oversee Restaurant operations, Banquet & Catering, Event Operations, and Bar Lounge. You will lead staffing, ensure service quality, maintain health and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance across the property.

Collaborate with kitchen and hotel leadership to optimize guest experiences, develop budgets, monitor costs, and coach team members in delivering consistent hospitality excellence.

Formación

• 3-5 years of progressive F&B operations experience with both FOH and BOH.
• Supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, ordering procedures, and vendor relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests, team, and vendors.
• Proficient with smartphones, computers, and standard business software.
• Experience using POS systems; familiarity with hotel/restaurant systems preferred.
• TIPS certification required (training provided if not currently certified).
• ServSafe certification required (training provided if not currently certified).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Set operating goals aligned with hotel standards and targets.
• Prepare and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets including labor and cost of goods.
• Analyze costs, pricing, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in on-property marketing activities.
• Coordinate with departments to support hotel operations.
