Naples Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while upholding our hospitality standards. You will focus on elevating each guest's experience by delivering friendly, attentive service and accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires knowledge of menu offerings, ability to handle cash and payments, and adherence to safety and health guidelines. A team-oriented environment with career growth awaits in our hotel group.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and be comfortable engaging guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure and urgency.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• TIPS certification is required; training provided if not currently certified.
• ServSafe certification is required; training provided if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and present menus in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Inform guests of daily specials and any menu changes.
• Accurately take orders, including special requests or dietary needs.
• Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
• Engage with guests to address questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Serve food and beverages to brand standards and presentation guidelines.
• Monitor dining activity and offer refills, clear plates, and present checks.
• Process guest payments and ensure correct billing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support a smooth flow.
• Adhere to proper food rotation procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies, garnishes, and food items as needed.
• Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Prepare alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and portion standards.
• Monitor guest behavior and exercise sound judgment when determining service continuation.
• Maintain temperature and waste logs per safety guidelines.
• Receive and inspect bar deliveries for accuracy and quality.
