Job summary

POM Wonderful, a part of The Wonderful Company, seeks a Beverage Maintenance Lead to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on beverage production equipment. You will oversee daily operations of the Beverage department, including juice extraction and processing utilities, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills, plus welding and utility competency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years machine operating experience.
• Process Operations certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of Beverage equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine services.
• Prepare and set up machinery for production runs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Develop welding skills (ARC, TIG, MIG) and electrical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate competency with boilers, ammonia systems, and compressed air systems.
• Maintain documentation for PMs, manuals, safety records, and permits.
• Provide leadership to Beverage mechanics on a daily basis.
• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
