Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the Beverage department in Del Rey, CA. You will oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of beverage machinery, including boilers and related utilities, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Base compensation ranges from $36 to $42 per hour. This role requires at least 2 years of machine operating experience and a High School diploma, with in-house training to advance welding and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years machine operating experience.
• Process Operations certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of Beverage equipment and perform scheduled maintenance during machine services.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Perform repairs using sound mechanical practices; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Develop welding skills for ARC, TIG, and MIG and electrical troubleshooting through in-house training.
• Demonstrate competency with boilers, ammonia systems, and compressed air utilities.
• Maintain documentation (PMs, manuals, safety records, permits) for retrieval on request.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Beverage mechanics daily.
• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
