Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Beverage Lead to oversee the daily beverage operations team, ensuring quality, safety, and strong employee performance. You will train, coach, and develop hourly staff while directing the department's overall performance to meet goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage shift workflows, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams to sustain high standards.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma
• 1–2 years related experience operating production machines
• Able to follow written and oral instructions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Shift start: assign work stations, pass down schedule and tasks.
• Email OEE percentages as required.
• Monitor breaks and lunches; ensure breaks are taken.
• Verify and initial shift paperwork as required.
• Shift end: address safety and quality concerns; reconcile paperwork and materials.
• Own and participate in personal development.
• Perform any work as assigned.
