Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee beverage equipment maintenance and lead a team of mechanics in daily operations. Responsibilities include emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and equipment setup for production runs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years of machine operating experience, and relevant Process Operations certificates. Training opportunities and safety programs are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years machine operating experience.
• Process Operations certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of Beverage equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment during machine services.
• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Make repairs to equipment using sound mechanical practices and techniques.
• Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of facilities supporting machinery.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
