Job summary

POM Wonderful, a leader in fresh pomegranates and juices, seeks a Reliability Mechanic to oversee and perform maintenance on production equipment in the Beverage department. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, scheduling PMs, and coordinating with contractors. Experience in a supervisory capacity is valued.

Qualifications

• High school or GED plus technical training in maintenance.
• Two years of post-high school education in maintenance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all company and OSHA safety programs are followed.
• Ensure GMP and food safety procedures are followed.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and related systems within Beverage department.
• Transfer equipment between projects and keep PM records up to date.
• Inspect major contract work and assist with new installations or changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
