POM Wonderful is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Beverage department in California to oversee electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and mechanical systems, ensuring safe, compliant operations and reliability across production lines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, 2+ years in leadership, and familiarity with aseptic/high‑hygiene processes; salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (desirable)
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with aseptic or high-hygiene operations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across aseptic processing and filling areas
• Assign and prioritize work based on production demand, food safety risk, and equipment criticality
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to maintenance mechanics
• Ensure breakdowns and emergency repairs are executed safely and efficiently
• Participate in shift handovers and daily downtime reviews
• Ensure all employees follow GMP, OSHA, and food safety procedures
