Job summary

POM Wonderful LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance for Beverage equipment, including filling, juice extraction, and processing lines. The role covers boilers, ammonia systems, and compressed air utilities, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

The position requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic skills and a willingness to develop welding capabilities through in-house training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with process operations certificates.
• At least 2 years of machine operating experience in a production setting.
• Ability to read manuals and interpret work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Strong electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency and scheduled maintenance for Beverage equipment.
• Set up machinery for production runs and perform repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Read manuals and work orders; document PMs, safety records, and permits.
• Develop welding skills (ARC, TIG, MIG) and electrical troubleshooting.
• Lead Beverage mechanics and ensure OSHA safety compliance.
• Maintain supporting utilities including boilers and compressed air systems.
• Assist with documents and training as needed.
