Job summary

POM Wonderful in Del Rey, California, is seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong safety and equipment stewardship responsibilities in the Beverage department. You will ensure OSHA and GMP compliance, maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires at least two years beyond high school in maintenance, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with additional training in maintenance or related field.
• 1 year experience in maintenance operations; 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience implementing safety, GMP, and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company and OSHA safety programs.
• Follow GMP policies and food safety procedures.
• Adhere to GFSI, FDA, USDA, and third-party audit requirements.
• Inspect work and inform supervisor when PM tasks are complete.
• Determine materials and equipment needed; move equipment between projects.
• Maintain routine and PM records.
• Install and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems in Beverage dept.
• Review major contract work and assist on new installations or changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
