Imperial Beverage is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers across Michigan, focusing on bars, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The role requires prior management and sales experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and residence in Washtenaw County or willingness to relocate. Compensation starts at $68,000 and can go up to $86,000 per year, plus full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education/experience) in Sales and Business Marketing.
• Management and sales experience required.
• Must live in Washtenaw County area; 21+ years old; ability to obtain Michigan Liquor Control Commission license.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Account Managers to drive sales and hit targets.
• Plan and visit accounts, review numbers, and ensure account success.
• Train, coach, and support the team; run sales reports and present at weekly meetings.
• Develop and mentor talent to grow professionally within Imperial Beverage.
