Imperial Beverage in Michigan seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers serving bars, grocery stores and restaurants. You will hire, coach, and drive sales, hitting goals while growing the team.

This full-time role requires sales and leadership experience, a valid Michigan license, and relocation to the Oakland County area if needed. Expect weekly travel across Michigan, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Sales and Business Marketing
• Management and sales experience required
• 21 years of age or older
• Must live in assigned market
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate customer needs and special events
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with various types of people
• Desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
• Ability to attain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts and employees on a weekly plan.
• Create a plan for each stop, including product samples and sales reviews.
• Drive to first stop and engage with accounts.
• Check in with your team throughout the day.
• Train new employees or resolve issues as needed.
• Run sales reports to track goals and opportunities.
• Prepare and present information at weekly sales meetings.
• Lead and coach the team.
