Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year multi-unit beverage/hospitality management.
• Proven track record across multiple locations in beverage management.
• Extensive knowledge of each market and related meeting industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage departments to meet financial and operational targets.
• Develop and train beverage staff; implement Mixologist Training Program.
• Manage beverage inventories, budgets, reports, and forecasts with the Director of Operations (or equivalent).
• Drive beverage sales with marketing initiatives; negotiate with vendors for quality and price.
• Maintain high service standards and guest experience across units.
