Makeready seeks a strategic Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead beverage strategy and portfolio standards across our properties, with a strong emphasis on profitability, training, and guest experience in restaurants, bars, lounges, catering, banquets, and in-room dining.

Based in Dallas with travel across the portfolio, you will own the Core Beverage Program, beverage cost control, vendor partnerships, and Bevager rollout while coaching multi-property F&B leaders toward operational

Qualifikationen

• Significant F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing multi-property beverage operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets and catering.
• Strong understanding of beverage costs, inventory management, cost controls, and profitability.

• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, service culture, and F&B procedures.
