Makeready LLC seeks a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead beverage strategy across our portfolio, overseeing brand standards, menu execution, and profitability. The role partners with property leadership to elevate service, profitability, and guest experience across restaurants, bars, lounges, catering, and in-room dining.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Food & Beverage for luxury, lifestyle, or upper-upscale hospitality.
• Experience as Corporate/Regional Director or multi-property leader in F&B.
• Proven beverage program development, cost controls, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to property teams across Makeready portfolio.
• Ensure brand standards, service culture, and SOPs are consistently executed.
• Drive beverage strategy across portfolio, including Core Beverage Program and Bevager rollout.
• Lead development and evolution of beverage programs aligned with hotel concepts.
• Coach and develop F&B leaders; manage openings, renovations, and transitions.
