Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Beverage General Manager to lead beverage operations within a respected hospitality group in Atlantic City. You will shape a high-performing team, ensure quality standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casino/hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes strong budgeting, regulatory compliance, and staff training to maximize profitability while delivering a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of restaurant management and supervision experience in a fine dining setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and RAMP certifications required.
• Full working knowledge of POS systems.
• Knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required.
• Strong mathematical skills including budgeting and profit/loss analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily beverage operations, including training managers and hourly staff.
• Maintain beverage inventories and enforce quality control standards.
• Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and safety regulations.
• Control labor and beverage costs to achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability.
• Maintain company operating standards and professional conduct reflecting brand values.
• Respond to guest feedback to enhance experience and future sales opportunities.
• Extend complimentary services within approved guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
