Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Customer Development Specialist to coordinate store resets, optimize space to sales, and drive product placement across chains and accounts. You will work with field teams to ensure standards are met and inventory tools are procured as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting PBV standards, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accuracy in product sets while delivering strong customer service and account execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Direct Store Delivery knowledge and selling experience preferred.
• Requires basic computer skills and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage resets and space to sales in accounts.
• Sell incremental space within accounts to grow sales.
• Review store sales for correct spacing and product sets.
• Coordinate reset schedules to meet standards.
• Order inventory reset equipment and supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
