Job summary

Refresco Beverages, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a production operator to join a fast-paced beverage manufacturing line. You will follow GMP, HACCP and safety policies, wear PPE, and ensure product quality and line efficiency on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include batching, blending, unloading raw materials by forklift, maintaining sanitation, completing documentation, and supporting QA with testing samples. The role requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs and wear required PPE while in warehouse/production areas.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality and safety standards (SQF, etc.).
• Comply with FDA/state regulations, Refresco quality policies, HACCP, Allergen, Kosher, etc.
• Be trained and certified in batching/blending equipment operations.
• Ensure quality and integrity of product run on lines according to specifications.
