Job summary

Refresco is seeking a dedicated team member for a fast-paced warehouse/production role in North Carolina. You will follow GMPs, manage inventory, record ingredient receipts in SAP, and assist in scheduling production orders while maintaining product integrity and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong math skills, and 1–2 years of experience in a mixing/processing environment. Ongoing training and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math skills required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a mixing/processing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs; wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Initiate and record actions to support the Food Safety Management System.
• Assist in scheduling product staging and batching and in training others as needed.
• Ensure ingredients and batches conform to specifications and maintain inventory control.
• Verify ingredient receipts in SAP and perform regular cycle/end-of-year counts.
• Create purchase orders and collaborate with Quality on ingredient issues.
• Maintain refrigerated ingredient integrity and ensure sanitation of equipment.
