Job summary

Refresco in Tampa, FL is seeking a Production Operator to support high-speed beverage batching and blending. The role requires adherence to GMP, quality standards, and accurate data recording across batching operations.

You will operate forklift, verify ingredients against SAP, and help maintain sanitation and CIP/COP processes. Previous manufacturing experience and ability to lift 50 lbs are preferred; fluent English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Able to perform duties within a high stress/pressure environment, Have a sound general knowledge of mathematical skills, i.e. measurements/formulas.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English).
• Solid comprehension of production schedules and laboratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Ensure product quality and safety to meet specifications.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and pre-weigh as required.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and quality parameters.
• Record batching data and maintain sanitation.
• Maintain CIP/COP sanitation of lines and equipment.
