Keurig Dr Pepper in Cincinnati seeks an Account Sales Manager for Oakley, Hyde Park and the surrounding area. This full-time role focuses on up-selling, fulfillment and merchandising, retaining and penetrating accounts by geography and may handle some on-premise customers.

You will support Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites in retail stores within the territory. The position emphasizes execution, shelf merchandising, stock and back stock management, and

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, POS materials and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in installing revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and displays.
• Assist in sale and placement of vendors in chain store accounts; ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including promotional activity and space allocations.
