Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Beta Ops Program Manager to own tester recruiting and onboarding for beta programs. You will build the pipeline of qualified testers and guide them from interest to activation across markets where Leo operates.

You will coordinate with beta program leads, user research, and field operations to turn recruiting and onboarding into repeatable, scalable operations that grow with the program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience owning a recruitment, intake, onboarding, or similar end-to-end pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end tester lifecycle for every internal beta program.
• Build and nurture a community of prospective testers and run targeted recruitment.
• Manage onboarding journeys from interest through eligibility, consent, and activation.
• Create and maintain trackers, forms, and communications to keep the pipeline organized.
• Define metrics to show recruiting and onboarding health and continuously tighten processes.
