Job summary

Amazon Leo in Redmond, WA seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive FIT's testing operations across Americas and EMEA, coordinating cross-functional teams, beta activities, and field validation of hardware and software in real customer-like environments.

You will own release scheduling, risk management, and go/no-go frameworks, ensuring test coverage keeps pace with rapid customer terminal, firmware, and app updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP routing, DNS, DHCP, latency, packet loss, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Own the program mechanics across FIT's three prioritized workstreams.
• Coordinate pre-release testing of new hardware and app releases before they reach Beta cohorts.
• Drive resolution of bugs and quality issues, and track health of the Solution Lab CT fleet as a shared resource for Leo teams.
• Coordinate execution of country-specific functional test cases across Solution Labs in the Americas and EMEA; support expansion into future markets.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, open items, risks, and provide data-backed leadership status.
