You'll become an expert on our platform, scope projects with clients, identify ideal test candidates, and coordinate logistics to ensure top-tier beta feedback. You'll analyze results, generate reports, and present findings to clients while collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• High technical aptitude in both software and hardware.
• Proven project planning and management skills.
• Experience digging into data and building reports.
• Previous experience delivering presentations to customers.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert at our platform and process.
• Work with clients to scope projects to meet goals.
• Identify ideal test candidates based on client requirements.
• Collaborate on test logistics including shipping and retrieval.
• Triage customer feedback and generate detailed reports.
• Support ongoing client data needs with custom reports.
• Study feedback to provide insightful observations and analytics.
• Present results and recommendations to clients.
