Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Senior Product Manager – Technical to own and drive internal beta testing as we expand to new territories and introduce new hardware. You will build and execute the tester experience roadmap end to end—from interest and eligibility through device ordering, installation, to active testing and customer support.

You will define country-specific tester requirements, recruit and onboard testers at scale, convert telemetry into a prioritized backlog, and work with engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience developing test strategies for complex hardware/software systems.
• Experience writing PRDs/PRFAQs and driving them through engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Write clear requirements and partner with product, engineering, hardware, network, field testing, legal, security and field-service teams to create a working beta.
• Translate technical constraints into product decisions and define country-specific operational processes.
• Drive structured testing of new hardware in real-world conditions and recruit/tester onboarding at scale.
• Synthesize telemetry and tester feedback into a prioritized backlog for product, process, and hardware improvements.
