Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium complex programs from initiation through delivery.
• Work with cross functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Marketing, International, Quality Assurance, Customer Service).
• Gather requirements from appropriate business owners, write clear and detailed plans to design methods to gather and analyze Preview participants feedback with functional specifications, feature prioritization, to deliver on requirements.
• Manage the beta testing activities workflow, and optimize the process that involves interacting with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve scalability by creating templates, and building knowledge base entries.
• Monitor the program's overall progress, anticipates risks, resolves issues and initiates correction action as appropriate.
• Manage the dependencies and negotiates trade-offs as needed.
• Provide detailed reporting on a regular basis within Preview team and to business and technology owner regarding voice of the customers.
