Enertis Applus+ is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our battery energy storage (BESS) services across a defined U.S. territory. You will own relationships, build pipelines, and translate conversations into work for our engineering teams.

We are looking for someone who already knows the BESS market and can sell a service portfolio rather than a single product, with travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in business development or technical sales in renewable energy, power, or engineering services.
• Active network in the U.S. BESS market to leverage from day one.
• Proven track record closing services work with senior buyers (commercial/technical/finance).
• Ability to discuss technical concepts credibly with engineers and translate into scope.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the defined territory and to major industry events.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run a territory plan targeting developers, IPPs, utilities, and investors with active BESS pipelines.
• Open new accounts and expand them across service lines, not just single scopes.
• Lead discovery with clients and shape scopes with technical leads to address project risks.
• Guide proposals from strategy through pricing, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast, qualifying for fit, margin, and delivery capability.
• Represent Enertis at client meetings and events, feeding market intelligence back to the team.
