MasTec Renewables is seeking an Engineer I to support the design and execution of utility-scale battery energy storage projects. You will assist with layouts, calculations, and data analysis to help deliver safe, reliable BESS solutions.

Based in the Phoenix area (office options include Dallas, Indianapolis, or Phoenix), you will work with senior engineers to develop technical deliverables and apply standard engineering practices while growing your professional credentials in the renewables

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• One to three years of related work experience preferred.
• EIT certification preferred or on path to obtain.
• Experience in renewable energy or energy storage is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Create and optimize preliminary battery energy storage system (BESS) layouts under guidance from senior engineers.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables including drawings, reports, specifications, and limited-scope studies.
• Travel to project sites as required to support engineering issue resolution and field relations.
