Job summary

Frank Darling in Brooklyn is seeking a Diamond Jewelry Sales Specialist to guide clients through diamond selection, translate inspiration into design, and create a seamless, confidence-building experience from first hello to final sparkle.

We require 3+ years in jewelry or luxury sales, deep jewelry knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to handle 100+ messages daily. On-site, 10AM–6PM, Thu–Mon, with a 60K+ base and 70–85K OTE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in jewelry, bridal, or luxury goods.
• Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to manage inbound messages (100+ per day).
• GIA degree is a plus.
• Experience with jewelry fabrication/design is a plus.
• Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, chats, and emails.
• Guide clients through stone selection and ring purchase.
• Provide feedback on diamonds and real-time recommendations.
• Create a welcoming in-person experience.
• Advise on the four Cs and on lab-grown vs natural vs Moissanite.
• Advise on ring selection details (prong/band/setting).
• Meet sales goals and close sales efficiently.
• Show diamonds over video chat and in person.
• Work with the house gemologist to source diamonds.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships as main contact.
