Frank Darling, a female-founded fine jewelry brand, seeks a Diamond Jewelry Sales Specialist to join on-site in Philadelphia. You will guide clients through diamond selection, translate inspiration into design, and create a seamless experience from first hello to final sparkle with support from our house gemologist.

The role requires 2+ years of jewelry sales, strong communication, and a passion for fine jewelry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in jewelry or bridal.
• Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends.
• Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
• Empathy, professionalism, and ability to multitask with many clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Guide clients through the process of choosing a stone and finalizing the ring purchase.
• Provide feedback on diamonds and real-time recommendations over calls or video chat.
• Explain the 4Cs and differences between lab-grown, natural diamonds, and moissanite.
• Work with the house gemologist to source and present diamonds.
• Build and nurture client relationships as the main point of contact.
