Job summary

HDR is seeking a Construction Administration Team Lead in Denver to direct multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle, from development to close-out. You will oversee CA work on large projects, manage client relations, and coach staff to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will coordinate staffing, QA/QC, and safety plans, while aligning project budgets and schedules with senior leadership. An emphasis on employee ownership and collaboration defines HDR's culture and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, including contracts, time, cost, and safety.
• Experience with MS Office and construction management software such as Procore/Prolog/Primavera/Bluebeam.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with owner, engineer, contractor and stakeholders.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the construction phase.
• Manage construction administration for complex small/medium projects or routine large projects.
• Oversee several large CA projects concurrently and maintain client relations.
• Lead work sessions for CA projects and coach PM staff and discipline leads.
• Coordinate CA staffing and workload and ensure response times meet requirements.
• Support safety plan development and QA/QC procedures.
• Track financials and coordinate with leadership on project reviews.
