Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Denver seeks a Sr. Project Coordinator Team Lead to guide a team of Project Coordinators supporting the Building Engineering Services group.

You will work with Project Managers, Market Sector Leaders, and clients to drive project delivery and quality. The role emphasizes HDR’s employee-owned culture, collaboration, and commitment to innovative, high-quality infrastructure solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Colorado with opportunities to influence multiple BES

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Active participation in HDR’s employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with BG Manager, Market Sector Leads, Project Managers, team members, stakeholders and clients.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to encourage staff growth and development.
• Provide staff work planning for all activities and promote collaboration among Project Coordinators.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Lead a team of Project Coordinators in activities to assist Market Sector Leads and Project Managers, including QMS implementation across phases.
• Assist with construction-phase services and administration of RFIs, shop drawings and change management.
• Review project milestones and progress reports to keep projects on schedule.
