Primary Responsibilities

• Pourting drinks when orders are produced, serving food at the bar, preparing condiments, changing kegs, and cleaning the work area
• Keeping the area clean and organized
• Assisting other staff as needed
• Pre-bussing tables
• Stocking liquor and bar items following delivery
• Preparing and replenishing bar supplies for daily operations
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawer, ensuring transaction accuracy
• Serving alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake, and adhering to alcohol service guidelines
• Rotating stock
• Preparing drinks, batch recipes, and mixing to specifications

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
• Ability to work under pressure and remain active for a 9-hour shift
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
