Job Description

We're building our brand and are looking for dedicated employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, symbolizing our commitment to authenticity and quality. We are seeking individuals who share our passion for excellence and innovation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pour drinks upon order, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change kegs, and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Keep the bar area, tables, and floor clean and organized.
• Assist other staff as needed, pre-bus tables, and stock bar supplies following deliveries.
• Prepare the bar for daily operations, including replenishing glassware and garnishes.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake and adhering to alcohol service guidelines.
• Rotate stock as needed and prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications.
