We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family!

Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, which symbolizes our commitment to authentic flavor and a strong foundation. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow and uphold our tradition of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Pour drinks, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change kegs, and clean work areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including tables, floors, chairs, and service stations
• Assist other staff as needed
• Pre-bus tables and stock liquor and bar items following delivery
• Replenish glassware, prepare garnishes, and obtain supplies for daily operations
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring transaction accuracy
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake and adhering to alcohol service policies
• Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications
