Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Pour drinks when orders are received, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change kegs, and clean work areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, floors, and chairs
• Assist team members as needed
• Pre-bus tables and stock bar supplies
• Replenish glassware, prepare garnishes, and obtain beverage supplies
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake
• Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
• Work well under pressure and stand for long periods
