Primary Responsibilities

• Pour drinks when orders are received, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change beer and tonic kegs, and maintain a clean work area
• Keep the bar area, tables, floor, chairs, and service station clean and organized
• Assist other staff as needed
• Pre-buss tables
• Stock liquor and bar supplies following deliveries
• Prepare and replenish bar supplies, including garnishes and glassware
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer accurately
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake and adhering to alcohol service policies
• Rotate stock efficiently
• Prepare drinks according to recipes and standards
