Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Pour drinks when the slip printer produces an order, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments for drinks, change beer and tonic kegs, and keep the work area clean
• Maintain cleanliness of the tables, floor, chairs, and service station
• Assist other employees as needed
• Pre-bus tables
• Stock liquor and bar items following delivery
• Prepare and replenish bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware for daily activity
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring accurate financial transactions
• Serve alcohol responsibly, observing customer's alcohol intake and terminating service as needed
• Rotate stock
• Prepare drinks, batch recipes, and mix drinks to specifications
