Description

At Bertucci's, we take pride in our brick oven and authentic flavors, which symbolize our strong foundation and commitment to excellence. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow brick by brick.

Primary responsibilities

• Pour drinks when orders are received, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change kegs, and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Keep the bar area, tables, and floors clean and organized.
• Assist other team members as needed, including pre-bussing tables.
• Stock liquor and bar supplies following deliveries.
• Prepare and replenish bar items, including garnishes and glassware.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer, ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake and adhering to alcohol service policies.
• Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications.

Requirements

Preferred skills include sales skills, responsible alcohol service, and responsible cash handling. Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift 25-30 lbs, work well under pressure, stand for long periods, communicate effectively in English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
