Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

1. Pour drinks when the slip printer produces an order, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change beer and tonic kegs, and clean the work area.
2. Keep the area clean and organized, including tables, floors, chairs, and the service station.
3. Assist other team members as needed.
4. Pre-bus tables.
5. Stock liquor and bar items upon delivery.
6. Prepare and equip the bar for daily operations by replenishing glassware, slicing garnishes, and obtaining supplies.
7. Maintain and balance the cash drawer, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions.
8. Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake and adhering to the Alcohol Awareness Guide.
9. Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes and product specifications.

Requirements

Preferred skills include sales skills and responsible alcohol service. Position requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
