About Bertucci's

Responsibilities

• Pour drinks when orders are received, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change kegs, and clean work areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the tables, floors, chairs, and service station
• Assist other staff as needed
• Pre-buss tables
• Stock liquor and bar supplies, replenish glassware, prepare garnishes, and obtain beverages for the day
• Maintain and balance cash drawer
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitor customer intake, and adhere to alcohol service policies
• Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
• Work well under pressure and stand for a 9-hour shift
• Effective communication in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
